Joseph "Jody" Culmer, Esq. was born in Marathon, Florida, the son of a commercial fisherman. His unique background in the Florida fishing industry provided him with a strong work ethic. Mr. Culmer has focused his practice in the area of litigation for his entire career. He began his practice as a prosecutor in Orange County Florida; then, he moved to the civil field and defended insurance companies and hospitals, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies and hospitals defend cases.
Using the vast experience he gained on the defense side, Mr. Culmer now forcefully and successfully represents the injured throughout Florida courtrooms.
